Fast Track Welding Program:
Fast Track entry level welding diploma program is designed for individuals looking to enter the welding field and land employment as an entry level welder. The program is composed of 100 clock hours, 20 lectures, 80 lab hours.
Program Description
Fast Track Welding Entry Level diploma program is a 5 week/100-hour welding program that introduces the students to the fundamentals of welding. It provides the students with the opportunity for hands-on training in shielded metal arc welding (SMAW), gas metal, arc welding (MIG), oxy-acetylene cutting torch, and various saws and grinders. The students will receive training in welding and machine shop safety practices. Which will assist individuals in entry-level welding job opportunities.
Program Objectives
Upon completion of the Welding Program, students will:

Learn processes and safety involved in usage of the various welding gases and welding rods.

Develop the skills needed basic and advanced welding

Learn the basics of welding ferrous and non-ferrous metals

Learn the basic set-up configuration of various welding equipment

Students will receive a diploma or combination welding certificate of program completion
